How to Lose Body Fat Fast:

Part 01: Eating a Healthy Diet:

2. Eat one to two servings of protein at each meal.
3. Eat five to nine servings of non-starchy vegetables and low-sugar fruits.
4. Cut out sugar and refined carbs.
5. Limit alcohol.
